We offer our space to businesses, non-profits, freelancers, investors and startup companies to have a central meeting place to work, collaborate, and present. Our conference rooms overlook downtown from the ninth floor with floor to ceiling windows with a view of iconic sights of New Haven: The Green, East Rock and chapel steeples.

Designed with your team’s needs in mind, huddle rooms are ideal spaces for your team to work and collaborate. These rooms feature a large screen and HDMI connection to engage remote team members in the meeting; a whiteboard wall for brainstorming your ideas; and a quiet and private space.

Gallery Room

Wind down after a busy week, quarter or year and host a company social event or cocktail reception at The HUB. Our semi-private, open floor plan allows you to create an interactive event for your guests while still staying connected to network. Amenities include availability kitchenware, event planning support, access to the entire office.
